We had a dairy free funfest last night! Mommy made lemon chiffon cake to celebrate Dad’s bday, and I made cashew cream (w agave, almond and vanilla extracts) that we ate with blueberries, and pink milk (frozen strawberries, almond milk, and some other stuff). Everyone enjoyed everything – but the cake was SUPERB.
